• Kaiser Permanente’s most common Medicare plan is Senior Advantage, an HMO or HMO-POS plan that combines Medicare Parts A, B, and D. It includes hospital, medical, and prescription drug coverage. Many plans offer $0 monthly premiums, coordinated care, preventive services, and access to Kaiser’s integrated network.
